Quaint Property
This rental was very cute and convenient to downtown Portsmouth. Parking it Portsmouth is slightly difficult, so it was nice being within a 5-10 walk from downtown. The owner was very responsive with all of our questions, even when we were on the property. The place was clean and had almost everything we needed. We would definitely recommend to friends/family in the future.

Just what we needed
Good location. Walked to everything in town in 15” or less. The house was spotless and nicely decorated, and loved it’s character. Note that the two twin rooms are in the attic space which was great for younger adults but wouldn’t be good for older adults navigating the stairs, since it’s an older house. Would definitely stay here again and Michelle was awesome to communicate with and gave us great recommendations. Thank you!

FANTASTIC
First let me thank Michelle as she was both responsive and accommodating. The location is perfect for relaxing at the house or a quick walk into town to enjoy the wonderful town of Portsmouth. The boat launch at the end of the road great for the dogs to get close to the water. We would definately consider this home when In town again.

Adorable Historic Home
This is authentic coastal history at its best! This home is perfectly located close to downtown while audit and quaint. Traditional aspects of a centuries old home with modern comforts. While your older adults may not wish to traverse the historic steep attic stairs to the 3rd floor, they WILL LOVE the 2nd floor master's remodeled bath!

Charming home
This charming home has a great location. You’re on a quiet street with water all around and it’s a quick walk to downtown. We worked during our stay and had a dog and kids as well. We brought paddle boards and were able to go in right there. The house is very well maintained and has some modern upgrades. There are a lot of beds if you have any guests and the kids loved being up in the attic having that area to themselves. We hope to return because this was such a perfect place for our family.
