Definitely not customer service based. We had to go down 66 floors using the stairs because they only had one elevator working at the time and a lot of people were trying to get on it, we told them about the elevators and they seemed not to care at all.

4.9 stars for this amazing hotel. Very clean, comfortable and very friendly people working there who is very helpful and with a smile on their face all the time. Incredible views from the room windows! Reason for 4.9 stars and not 5 is because we had to wait about 30 mins to get the room keys, not ideally after a long trip from the UK (we didn't arrived earlier than expected)

Worst $USD property over $300 the fact it cost $500 is appalling/ blood and other things on the wall -lifts that took 30misn plus and tiles coming off in the pool 2 star at best - go elsewhere. Another example of spending $ on a foyer and then going cheap, dark and old in the rooms.

Stayed for two night pre cruise. The hotel is not over the top opulent, but it still is a great place to stay. Easy access to metro or taxis. We were on the 58 floor with a great view. No hairdryers in bathroom, only allowed 1 Nespresso coffee pod ( but you can use as many instant coffees packets). The breakfast was great. The pool is amazing( especially at night). The Highest View lounge is open air, so it is breezy, but well worth it. The staff was very friendly. The Hop on Hop off stop was about 1/2 mile (950 km) from the hotel. I did not have any issues with the elevators. Not the fastest, a little cramped inside with luggage. Would decently reccomend.
