Perfect stay, definitely worth a visit, ideal spot
Excellent stay, welcoming, cake and afternoon tea. Room was really cosy and breakfast really tasty and plenty of it. Ideal 5 minute walk into Windermere or for a longer walk to Bowness or Troutbeck and Ambleside . Definitely value for money.

Perfect hotel for comfortable trip
My husband and myself stayed here over the long weekend. Excellent service, delicious morning breakfast and evening cake. Even though we were only served it on arriving the first day. The other days we were not really in the hotel during the serving time. The hospitality by Richard is commendable and very friendly. The most relaxing bed after a complete day of outdoor activities to wake us fresh for next day. Bathroom showers with the boosts were just the cherry on cake. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. :D

Delightful Stay
Delightful stay at this conveniently located B&B. Close to the station and Windermere town. Also within walking distance of Bowness. Spotlessly clean everywhere and friendly staff. Excellent cooked breakfast to order. Pleasant garden with tables and chairs, ideal for relaxing when the weather is fine. The only negative remark I would make is that the room we had (6), was rather on the small side - ok if you are not going to be spending much time in there. Could have done with more space. Overall a very good short break.
