Small but serviceable
The room was quite small, and up stairs. No lift. No a/c and it was HOT in Douglas while I was there so the room was toasty. Easy walk from the bus stop. There was some confusion in reaching check-in as there are 2 buildings across the street from each other and there was delay in anyone answering the bell. Breakfast good. I didn't have a car, but it looks like on-street parking might be hard to find.

Excellent B&B with excellent host. The premises was nice and clean and the rooms are ideal for a quick shower after a day motorcycling and a good night sleep. Breakfast was great with nothing too much trouble for Celine, she made sure everyone was happy and full.

On arrival i felt my room smelt of cigarettes and very stale. The carpet didn't look like it had been hoovered and the shower was awful. On a good note the breakfast was nice and staff service at breakfast was good. Would i return, No. The hotel needs updating and a good clean.
