No more recommendations to any friends and family
Was very disappointed with service i had 2 different booking. I realize i needed 1 night before my first booking so i booked 18 to 19 2nd 19 to 23 November on the 19th I ask to please cancel 23th because my flight is on the 22nd so i will be out morning of 22before9am they totally refuse to do that I can't reson why 3days before I phone hotel. Com they said must ask hotel. tell me they have nothing to do because I book with hotel. com Very disappointed with both lost 1 night of my money. I a member for so many years and had a terrible experience. In this case cant recommend anyone

Great place to stay due to its location.
We would stay here again because its location is great. It is inside City Center Shopping Center and very near the City Center Metro (just outside the shopping center). Additionally, the room we had was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly, check in/out was smooth and easy.The only comment I have is, the bathroom can be cleaned better - mold in the shower.
