Excellent location, clean and comfortable
Excellent locality just a few minutes walk from Princes Street. Easy access, very comfortable and clean. Slight issue with central heating smart thermostat locking out on our 3rd evening, but call to Destiny Scotland (luckily before 7pm when they close) got it unlocked so we could turn the temperature up. Some noise from vehicles driving along the cobbles outside early on a morning but nothing excessive.

Great service. I forgot a blazer which had belonged to my late mother. The cleaning staff went back to find it and delivered to the office. The office staff called me the minute it was found

Great location & spacious, but mis-advertised
This apartment is in a great location, very easy to walk to Princes St. & the Old Town, and also conveniently close to Sainsburys, Pret & Caffe Nero. We stayed over the weekend, and there was free on-street parking on the nearby roads from Friday evening until Monday morning which was very handy. The apartment itself is spacious and in great condition but it didn't have soul. It could have done with some homely touches, and for the price we would have also expected some basic additions e.g. Kleenex, extra towels, blanket etc., It was advertised as having a King Size bed, and this was not true, it was in fact a double bed. We complained to Hotels.com and twice they told us that someone from Destiny Scotland would call us back regarding this, but no-one did... very poor customer service.

Excellent, comfortable and well situated apartment
Highly recommended. Excellent, spacious, spotless and well situated apartment with very comfortable beds. The apartment was perfect for our short break - within walking distance of the station and all the places we wanted to visit. Plenty of eateries nearby, with lots of choice. Favourite place for breakfast was The Red Squirrel on Lothian Road. Our only slight problem was that our booking confirmation did not tell us which apartment number we'd booked, nor how to access the building. However, staff at the The Malt House helped us, so the issue was soon resolved! Overall though an excellent and very enjoyable stay - we'll happily return.

Excellent apartment, clean and modern. Easy check in. Only minor problem was no bread knife and the lounge rug was a bit of a death trap! Slid on it on more than 1 occasion.

An excellent apartment, and in the perfect location (less than 5 minutes walk to the EICC, and less than ten to Haymarket station). Nice and clean, and with everything you might need. Perfect - would definitely stay again.
