    Great resort

    Really enjoyable stay. Plus points was the breakfast, pool; the service of the staffand the "departure lounges" (this was a room you could relax in front of a tv, get showered and freshened up if you had a PM or evening departure after you had checked out at midday - a great concept that more hotels should offer!) Only minor negative points was like every other new building the bedroom walls are paper thin and you can hear everything and a shuttle bus in the evening to the local town would be helpful (but it's only a 20 min walk)

    Amazing stay

    Our whole stay was amazing, and every single one of the staff are attentive, friendly and look after you so well. Our room was super spacious and stylishly decorated. The only slight downside was it was a little cold and the air conditioning is automatically switched on to cold, when you close the doors, so we couldn’t make it much warmer! The glass shower doors also made showering lack privacy, but this was only really an issue for us travelling as friends- and the room was big enough to get around this when trying. Other than this, it was perfect. The sea views are stunning, especially at sunset. The food is gorgeous- we tried breakfast, lunch and dinner here and were so impressed. The pool is huge, with great floating bean bags to relax on and an infinity pool to look out on the ocean. They have a great gym too. Everywhere is easily accessible from the hotel as they are more than happy to organise transport. The staff really make this place though, and it is clear how hard they all work. Every single member of the team- the pool guys, the bar tenders, the chefs, the concierge, the security etc- always greeted us with a smile and friendly conversation. Little things like conversing with the taxi drivers to ensure we wouldn’t be charged too much and have a ride home, to moving sunbeds half way across the deck to keep us in the sun, made us feel so well looked after and made it the most relaxing end to our holiday.

    Great experience!

    Our experience was outstanding on site, great service and room was excellent. Comfort of bed is really a plus at Renaissance...top plus! Breakfast five stars! The only complain I have is the customer service on the phone, prior to arrival. Had a very hard time trying to get information a needed for the booking and promises to have calls back that never happened. But the staying was great!

    I stayed here for a night and they made it impossible not to like. Fast check-in, good room near the pool and breakfast area. The down part was the hot water is off few times and we had to call the technician to check and fix it. Otherwise, everything is good and would stay there again in the future :)
