The property is amazing and the staff was more than helpful in getting us a room on a very busy ballgame night. Expedia’s process, on the other hand, was very frustrating. We booked a room a different hotel, only to arrive to be told there weren’t any rooms. Expedia called me right away and was very eager to get us a room and booked Aloft for me, promising there was availability. When we arrived there, a few minutes later, the reservation had not been received from Expedia. I waited a long time in the lobby and after over hearing several other people with the same issue, with Expedia, I let the hotel book me as a regular guest, not wanting to take the chance of no rooms. Their price actually ended up being just $7-8 more than the Expedia price.

Good
New but not comfortable stay
Not happy with the bed and pillows. Also, the last day there at 10am in the morning the TV would not work and I think its because they want you to checkout so they can check in a new guest. Driveway to hotel not convenient access had to drive through the Valero or restaurant parking lot to get to hotel. Bathroom no privacy and no lock on shower toilet area just a barn door that slides closed. Wanted upper floors and was told the 2nd floor was all the upper available and very disappointed because I booked months in advance and asked for upper floors. Had a view of the metal awning over entry area.

Very good
Would stay again
The hotel was in a central location. Easy to get to everything. The staff were friendly and polite. Didn't get to try pool or gym. Ac was quiet but cold. Only down fall bed was firm and i prefer pillow top soft. That is my personal preference I know everyone is different. Also they wanted a card on file which i completely get all hotels want one. My only complaint about that is let people know you are putting a hold first. Also lobby food wayyyy over priced. 2 dollars for one piece of fruit. There is a convince store next door though.Over all a positive experience

Good
Buesiness or pleasure not for me
Brand new and not the cleanest place to stay. You could tell they are still working the bugs out of the place as its new, but you would think carpet would be clean and the place would have a new feel to it, but it didn't in my opinion. Service was fine, not top of the line though. The bedding and bed were very uncomfortable. Horrible night of sleep. They did not spend extra money on soft sheets, bed or soft towels. I would not stay here again. The walls are super thin so you can hear everything above you or next to you so bring ear plugs.

Great property clean and new. Pool was kinda of small but it wasn’t busy so it was fun, kid friendly pool with a large swallow part. However, we did not receive any kind of free breakfast, which was part of our reservation. We left the hotel around 8:30 am and wasn’t a trace of any kind of breakfast in the lobby, so that was a bummer. But other then that we had a great stay.
