Exceptional 10.0
Beautifully designed modern space, incredibly clean and tea/coffee was provided within the room each day. Onsen was great and super clean as with everywhere else. Location was good next to the station, quite business orientated but with that there were a lot of great lunch restaurant a and cafes downstairs. 7/11 downstairs was useful too. Can’t really find a fault!

Very good 8.0
Smart, spacious hotel. Let down by check-in policy
We had a comfortable stay in this hotel, however, it was frustrating that despite our room being ready they refused to let us check-in before 3pm or find us somewhere private to breastfeed our infant son.

Good 6.0
Stylish but small room
The room was very stylish but small, with very little storage space for clothes, bags etc. Better use could have been made of the overall room space by combinng the separate toilet, shower room and wash areas into a single bathroom. The shower room was unnecessarily large and it would be better to use more of the available space for the bedroom. Hotel reception was on the 9th floor of the building and access to the room necessitated the use of two separate elevators, which was a bit of a nuisance. Reception staff were courteous and efficient, but not particularly warm and friendly, which was in contrast to the hotels we stayed at in Hiroshima, Okayama and Osaka. We used this hotel at the end of our three week holiday in Tokyo as it had relatively close access to rail stations. We didn't explore the area much, but it appeared to have a good number of restaurants, though it wasn't a 'go to' area.

Great hotel
Super comfortable room (except the pillows). Great location and friendly staff. Good value hotel!

Exceptional 10.0
Well-located, comfortable and very modern
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are on the small size, I had a large suitcase and struggled to find somewhere to store it. However, rooms are very comfortable and extremely clean. The Bose Bluetooth speaker was a nice touch. Breakfast is more set up for Japanese guests. A few more cereal choices and maybe a western-style omelette menu would have given me a few more breakfast options. I didn’t use the bar or the restaurant but the Japanese bath was useful for some after work relaxation. Very handy for Ginza line and Sobu lines, you can reach then from the hotel basement.
