Canadian Trip Stopover
Hotel was very nice. Food was good but over priced. Staff was friendly. In good weather with all of the outdoor areas in full use this would be a great place for a multiple day stay.

Lake View
The check-in staff were awesome! Very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful with a wonderful view of Chautauqua Lake. We had reservations at their onsite restaurant and the food was fabulous!! We definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

Lovely hotel
Wonderful stay! One of the nicest hotels we've stayed in! Only issue we had was that we had trouble getting a comfortable temperature in the room. Too hot and very dry, gave us both a stuffy nose and headache. Felt parched. Water pressure could have been a bit better also. Beautiful views, wonderful features like the lighted mirror and stool to sit and do my makeup. Would like to come back in warmer weather so we don't have to use the heat. Loved the lightswitch by the bed that lit up the hall near the bathroom so we didn't have to stumble in the dark. Beautiful grounds, had a nice walk. Overall and excellent stay. We'll be back!

What a beautiful hotel. The rooms are very nice. The room with a lake view is worth paying the extra money. I was traveling for business in Jamestown which was only 8 minutes away. Stores and restaurants are very close too
