The hotel was good. Rooms are adequate size, the breakfast was good.The only thing that let us down was the amount of noise that we could hear from the room above us. We spent the entire night hearing the noises from upstairs which led us to not sleep very well. Hotels should have sound proof rooms to stop other clients getting disturbed by other clients.

Beautiful hotel. Breakfast is great! Room is comfortable. I would recommend. Pool was beautiful but in a bit of an awkward spot to be swimming and having fun. Shower in the room we got had no protection só when we showered, there was water everywhere. It was hillarious, my husband says there should be a natural slope for the water to drain one way, and not accumulate through the whole area. The no parking is a bit of a problem, but we Ubered everywhere. Definitely NOT a reason to stay away from this hotel! It’s close to a lot of the best things in town and super friendly staff! We’d go back.

Horrivel, os apartamentos do 1º andar não se consegue dormir, uma barulheira a noite inteira, as pessoas ficam sentadas em uma poltrona próximo ao elevador que fica justamente em frente ao corredor dos apartamentos do 1º andar, impossível dormir com a gritaria e galhofada. Quartos pequenos e banheiro segue o mesmo padrão, tudo bem fraco. Cafe da manhã com variedades porém o ambiente tinha baratas subindo pela parede, justamente onde era preparado a parte quente, ovos, tapioca. Minha nota é 0!!!!

Foi tudo incrível, exceto o jantar, na qual eu e a minha companheira fomos comer e pedimos água da casa (além dos refrigerantes e dos pratos), o garçom entregou ás águas falando que era uma exceção. Não é exceção, muito menos favor, era apenas dois copos de água e por lei temos direito. Fiquem em alerta que nem tudo é questão de ser cobrado, é questão de como se sentir. Ficamos em outro hotel em Fortaleza também e fomos tratados bem melhor e ainda nos deram cortesia de estadia. Fica um feedback.
