Reasonable place for the price, the service was friendly, although the food wasn't amazing, breakfast wasn't lacklustre and they charged £2.50 for a side of bread! Not worth the 4* rating tbh

This hotel is ‘tired’. Investment in bringing its condition up to where it should be (in relation to the cost) is long overdue. Saggy seats, worn taps, a shower head that won’t stay up, a gravel car park that is hard to take a case over .. just not good enough. On the positive side, friendly staff, dinner was fine and the breakfast kippers were great.

Everyone was very helpful. The room itself did not have a very good view but the view of the water from the shared community room was excellent. The location did not allow us to walk into Oban but it was very pretty. A good stay.

Fantastic Stay with amazing views.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was just perfect. The rooms were lovely, staff were so friendly & couldn’t do enough for you. The restaurant served a fantastic menu and the food was amazing each day. There was also a residents lounge where you could take your drinks & just relax and enjoy the view over the water, so beautiful & peaceful. We will definitely be returning. *****

Nice location and place. Staff were really welcoming and polite, even when we were late for breakfast. Food was tasty and had decent selection of drinks.
