We left our luggage with reception as we were early. We left and went to explore the docks After returning we found that the lift was not working, or wait it was not working through the whole time we stayed. Got to our room. There were three of us, couldn’t understand why the 3rd bed / couch wasn’t made up The picture I had at the time of booking had three beds !!! Air conditioning was not-working and didn’t work the whole time we are there. We had to keep the fan on all day and night. Tap in kitchen not working as expected Strange bathroom set up, so to get into the shower you have to climb over the jetted bath, why weren’t we told about this at the time of checking in. What we had access issues ... oh wait we wouldn’t have been able to get to our room with out the lift working in that case On our second night we had a Knock on the door from staff asking about a water leak at 00:18 !!! We were just about to go to bed as our movie had finished. He wanted to check the bathroom asking if we had had a wash. Initially I thought this was strange and said we hadn’t had a wash this evening. I then let him check and then asked if he wanted to check the kitchen. Tbh I reluctantly open the door. There was no peep hole or chain It made me feel rather uncomfortable On the plus side the Location is amazing Staff are polite and pleasant Overall there was nothing wrong with the room or hotel, just a few bits that can easily be fixed and sorted out.

What a fab trip we had ,group of mature ladies we decided to go to liverpool for a couple of days so I sat flicking through hotels.com for our acomadation at which I found signature living apart hotel a large room to cater for us all together in the same room,when the price came up it was £200 for 8 people for a 2 night stay unbelievable,we weren't expecting it to be very good at that price but we agreed as long as the bed was clean that's all that really matters as we would be out anyway,OMG did we get a surprise when we got there it was beautiful spa bath and lovely clean beds,check in was easy staff very friendly and helpful.This hotel is close to everything we went shopping and out for nice food first day then the second day we visited the 3 museums which were fantastic,then off onto the tour bus that gives you a guided tour and even better the tickets last 24hrs and it's a hop on hop off serves so you get to see loads ,finished the night off in the Irish bar my got that guineas wiped me out lol fantastic night , only down side is its very noisy all night so you don't get a very good sleep but we were there to party so we didn't mind ,not the hotel I would have stayed in with my partner for a romantic night away but if you want fun derogatory the hotel to stay ,thankyou bookings .com for the bargin

Strange Place
This hotel is very strange and disappointing. The room had three beds and two oversized sofa beds. The sofa beds were not comfortable to sit on, so the only place to really sit was on the beds. For two people, it was ridiculous to have all those beds! It was a dark room with thick red curtains. No shower, no soap. The fire alarm went off two days in a row. Then we couldn’t get back in our room because the code wouldn’t work. Twice we couldn’t get on the elevator because of limits to number of people. Anyway, it was a very frustrating experience and I cannot recommend it.

Leisure not business!
This is a well placed hotel for the centre of Liverpool with good amenities. It is perfect for your girly weekends away with lots of room, high ceilings and an amazing jacuzzi bath! Very pleasant and smiling staff! Breakfast is served at their sister hotel and you got discount on dinners served there too - however step outside and you are near the Metquarter and loads of food places and coffee shops should you fancy a Costa etc. However as I was there on business..I didnt have a table and desk and the bars outside were noisy..but I slept really well despite the noise.. Perfect for leisure and laughs! Not ideal for business!

excellent quality
I was very impressed with this apartment. Its a great location for parking and the nightlife. The apartment was much better than I expected considering what we paid for it. The beds were lovely and comfortable and the furnishings were very high quality. I normally stay in the Marriot or the Hilton but I will be staying here from now on..
