Great apartment located in the heart of the city centre, a stones throw from the main square. Spacious, clean & modern with all the required amenities. Excellent for a 4 night stay in Poznan, highly recommended especially if traveling with children. We would certainly book here again if visiting Poznan.

Great location. Modern building. Lovely apartment. Bed and beddings not very comfortable

The apartment is beautifully restored, spotless, and well-equipped. The location is perfect for sightseeing. However, our stay was marred by extreme noise levels. Out of three nights, Thursday and Friday were unbearable until 2 or 3 AM (party noise, fireworks, and constant emergency sirens). Interestingly, Saturday night was much quieter after midnight. We may have been unlucky with our dates, as I had checked reviews beforehand and noise was not mentioned. Logistics: We struggled a bit with the entry code (a point already mentioned by other guests). Also, the reception staff does not speak English; it’s part of the travel experience, but it can make communication difficult if issues arise. Maintenance: While very clean, some routine upkeep is missing: scuffed walls, a partially detached curtain, a missing power socket cover, a loose baseboard, and damaged flooring in front of the bathroom. These minor repairs are needed to match the high quality of the renovation. Tip: Bring high-quality earplugs. With proper ear protection, this place becomes a perfect stay given the excellent location and comfort.

The apartment on Dominikańska was absolutely excellent! The location couldn't be more perfect—walking distance to everything you could possibly need. You truly don’t need a car when staying here. The public transportation system is fantastic and makes it super easy to get anywhere, anytime. The apartment itself was very comfortable and well thought out. The kitchen is fully equipped, which makes it easy to prepare your own meals if you’re not dining out. The bed was really comfy, and I loved being able to adjust the temperature easily. Quiet inside once the windows are closed, with amazing views and plenty of TV channels for relaxing in the evenings. Toiletries were okay, though I’d recommend picking up your own just in case. That said, everything else was truly spot on. The host was very responsive and incredibly kind. This was my first stay here—but definitely not my last. In fact, I loved it so much that it even inspired me to look into getting my own apartment in the same building. That’s how perfect this place is! Highly recommend!

Property was reasonably clean but needs better maintenance: sheets had holes, marks on most surfaces, cuts and dents in furniture, non functioning lights, loose towel rail and toilet roll holder. kitchen had an oven, fridge/freezer and kettle but no microwave. bed and pillows werent comfortable. there was a little noise outside at night but not too bad. Its a shame because the property is in a great location and would be great if some attention was paid to it.

The apartment itself was nice and great location! I wasn't crazy about the staff working in the lobby, we struggled several times with the code and they were extremely upset by it (?) I get it but also we are paying costumers and the code was unnecessary long/sensitive in the box, also the door key to the apt was getting stuck a few times so we had push really hard. Cleaniness was not amazing

It's more like 1 large room with a "sliding semi-door" that doesn't serve any purposes-not much privacy if you're traveling with kids / family member. You can't watch TV or work if your kid is sleeping in another "section". The sheets in 1 room - too small for a bed, pillows are more like "child" size. The "bedrom" is advertised as "queen" size -it's actually more like twin or full size (only my 2 small children can fit there, but not two adults). The frying pen wasn't compatible w the stove - we had to ask for another one and wait. The window curtains were automatically opening up at 8 am the in the morning -in 1 room -on their own (for those who'd like to sleep in this is not ideal on vacation). Would be good to have a broom or normal vacuum (our vacuum was so dirty and didn't work well). There is no place to put your shampoo /soap in the shower -the shower is very "tight" - even for an average person. Closet space is very good - but only 5 (or 6) hangers -not enough for sure. I had to purchase my own for the time we stayed. The place could be a bit cleaner when we checked in - there was grey visible dust on all the floor trims and in the drawers -i had to clean the drawers myself before I put my clothes there. Kitchen was missing a cooking spachula - and no 'drainer" for the pasta or pirogi we cooked. Be aware of sharp door & drawers fixtures. There is another room I like in the same building from another property management and i think i'll be booking there next time..

Perfect location. Good for only two adults and one little child only two kitchen chairs we traveled 3 adults and 2,5 year old. No higher chairs available there were two more garden chairs on balcony but was raining very heavy for few days so we could not take them in like operator suggested. If they rent a place for 3 adults and child there should be three kitchen chairs and one highchair. Part of the bed cover had very dirty brown spot in the middle.
