This is a very good hotel for the money in a very vibrant part of the 15th. We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The breakfast is great. The rooms are a little small but not unreasonably so for Paris. The big bummer was that the pool was closed for renovation and this wasn't announced during booking. We booked just 6 weeks from our stay so it's not like they wouldn't have known. We didn't go to Paris to swim, but we did expect this amenity.

I had a really bad experience with Room 108 but staff found a solution and moved me to another room as soon as possible and provide me a goodwill gesture! the new room was very good! I do hope that they will make much needed improvements in room 108 as that room is not fit for purpose and definitely not worth the price they were charging! Because of the staff's invaluable attitude, I will definitely go back next year!
