Terrible ... do not stay!
This hotel is terrible. The ground floor is dirty and the lift does not work properly. The 'reception' on the first floor was a building site (see pic). The room was beyond basic and my door did not lock properly. This is really a 'hostel' and not a 'hotel'.

The property was right in the heart of the gothic quarter which was perfect for getting around Barcelona. Right beside the metro and lots of places to eat. Very clean and well kept. Staff were so lovely and kind! Very helpful!

The pictures are very convincing, when you are there however you find the bathroom finishes poor. Our shower flooded the bedroom. The hotel contact you prior to your arrival to ask preference for various things but this doesn’t actually get done. Overall a good stay, comfy bed, safe and secure but not a great stay.
