El staff fue sumamente agradable todo el tiempo y siempre dispuesto a servir El cuarto le faltaba limpieza y tuvimos que pedir mas extra cuidado en eso, especialmente la alfombra donde se veían uñas y polvo en los muebles. No había una plancha no secadora de pelo. No pudimos abrir las cortinas porque la vista era hacia un edificio en construcción y si fue molestia pues los outlets no funcionaban solo uno detrás de la cama y una lampara; el resto de las lámparas no prendían. La cafetera fue el mismo drama no funcionó. Hemos llegado en otras ocasiones y esta fue la que mas decepción nos causo.

El desayuno bufete que manejan está muy bueno y muy variado. La habitación no es nada del otro mundo, el colchón viejo y muy suave para mí gusto, la pantalla de la televisión estaba dañada, no salía agua caliente para bañarse (apenas tibia), no salía aire fresco en el aire acondicionado, no servía la máquina de hielos del piso 1, el estacionamiento olía muy mal a drenaje, una de las patas de la cama estaba rota y la cama se movía

The first night, unfortunately, was not as pleasant as I would like to admit. the air conditioning in the first floor was not fully functional and the climate was stuck on 28C/82.4F... I was more tired than willing to relocate and had hopes the temperature would decrease eventually as I arrived at midnight, which was not the case. The next day, the staff immediately assisted me in relocating rooms and from there on, I was 100% completely satisfied with my stay! The second room on the fourth floor was very clean, comfortable and relaxing! The dinner and breakfast options are high quality with Room service running all night long. I highly recommend this for the value you receive for the price!

No dormimos con el cuarto a 27.5
Muy mala experiencia al llegar y encontrar todos las tablas del closet y cajones de los muebles sucios. Adicionalmente la segunda noche se descompuso el aire acondicionado, lo reporté y. O lo compusieron y no hicieron nada, por tal razón y con el cuarto a 27.5 grados no pudimos dormir. Pésimo.

A/C unit leaking
A/C unit above the room entrance door was leaking all the time. I heard some other guests complaining about the same issue. It is a shame that people working here is great and the installations are bad. i wont cine back here next time I visit Monterrey
