First, there are no locks on the door, just a fastener which allows the door to crack open. This made me feel unsafe at night since the hotel is pretty open to the public. Second, the beds are the old spring-type and they had hills and bumps, it was hard to fall asleep. Lately, the wifi signal does not penetrate the room. The only place I was able to connect was right at the door or outside in the hallway.

En este hotel ya me había hospedado hace varios años con estancia aceptable, pero ahora fue terrible mi estancia. Para empezar en la recepción te hacen firmar obligatoriamente un reglamento interno donde entre otras cosas te comprometes a pagar cualquier mancha de blancos o daño en la habitación al criterio del hotel, pero el hotel no entrega un certificado que estás recibiendo la habitación en buenas condiciones. El hotel te multará por fumar en espacios prohibidos, que es toda la planta física del hotel. Solicité cambio de habitación, ya que la que me asignaron originalmente carecía de ventilación natural, pues las ventanas no se pueden abrir, están selladas. El hotel debería de advertir que la mayoría de las habitaciones no cuentan con ventilación natural El cambio de habitación me costó 600 pesos y no me dieron recibo. Segun la descripción en mi hotel mi habitación contaba con refrigerador, pero no tenía. En la habitación que me asignaron posteriormente si lo tenía, pero tenía que pagar un extra que no se describe en la descripción. Para concluir, al precio que me salió la renta de la habitación hubiera podido conseguir un hotel de mejor calidad a un costo más reducido. Para terminar, bien me decía mi mamita que lo más barato y corriente sale muy caro. Definitivamente nunca regresaré a este abusivo hotel

El Hotel tiene buena ubicación, cerca de lugares para comer y plazas, la comida de su restaurante es cara y da raciones pobres y no tiene buen sabor, de 3 personas fueron 1200 pesos de una comida y no estuvo rico la verdad. La habitación: el baño no tiene jabonera así que es un problema bañarse, el desagüe no funciona y se hace una laguna cuando te bañas. El aire acondicionado funciona pero no ofrece la opción de ventilador por lo que te congelas o te horneas. La TV no la puedes ver por qué el internet de la tele no es suficiente a si que aunque tenga mil canales no puedes ver nada. No hay caja de seguridad, así que tus valores no tienen protección. Las sobrecama está super incomoda y pica, no fueron placenteras nuestras noches la vdd y hay mucho ruido exterior. Lo peor de todo fue que por olvidó mi niña dejo su teléfono en la habitación al final de nuestra estancia y cuando fueron a revisar que no les faltará nada no tuvieron la amabilidad y la ética de devolverlo, primera y última vez que ocupo su servicio.
