A lovely hotel away from the tourist spots, yet only 10-15 minutes walk to the Acropolis and Plaka. Very helpful and friendly team run this hotel. Great breakfast served too.

The hotel is a hidden gem on the street, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. They seemed to love the area and we received some very good recommendations of places to eat on our doorstep for a more authentic experience. When we had a very early start for an island experience the hotel supplied some adorable breakfast boxes for our journey, which was extremely kind of them (and yummy). They also recommended some beautiful sights and advised us on transport which we wouldn't have otherwise known to do. Our last day was spent swimming with the fish before catching our flight home, a truly magical day. Cannot thank them enough. Tom and Emma

Recently renovated to a high standard. Service from the moment I walked in to the time I left was excellent. Room was a bit small but I’ve been in smaller. I would happily recommend and visit again.

Lovely little hotel in Athens where you feel looked after. Great service, good location within walking distance of Monastiraki and Psirri districts and Sytagma sq. Nice homemade breakfasts.

Exceptional service, charm and quality. I often stay in the big 5 star chains, but was easily just as comfortable in my very new 1 bedroom suite here, as in the bigger hotels. The bed was very comfortable, apartment bathroom has an excellent large shower, kitchen is very helpful and practical - fully stocked with lots of new cups, cutlery and plates. The Climate Control Air Conditioning system is excellent and works well rather than just blowing air into the room as at some big hotels. The staff were all excellent, more like higher level American customer service than the levels so often found in Europe. Although the area is quite central it was nice and quiet in my room at night, with excellent soundproofing. Very tasty Greek breakfast and the reception was invaluable for their knowledge telling me where I could visit and might find interesting in the time during my short stay, and also the best times to visit the many famous sights. Highly recommended, I would stay at Estia again if I return to Athens.
