The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The property is beautiful, with a lot of greenery, flowers, water features, and stone. The pool is an infinity pool that drops into a deep rainforest. We had a room with a private balcony that felt very secluded. We really enjoyed the fire dance. The hotel is located easily accessible to downtown Ubud with amenities on the street without being smack dab in the chaos and traffic. Particularly for the price, this is an incredible resort, and we look forward to coming back. My boyfriend also says the samosas were the best he’s ever had.

This hotel is fantastic, stunning decor, great location a ten minute drive from the village centre. The room was better than I had expected, everything was great, the bed was comfortable, amenities were excellent. May be worth mentioning that you may want to bring your own hairdryer. The terrace overlooked a small pond which was lovely. The restaurant served excellent food. The gym was very good and so was the morning yoga session. The pool is small but beautiful overlooking a forest. I arranged a private tour which was a brilliant way to see as much as possible during the short time I was there. The staff were welcoming, polite, friendly and just absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this hotel and I will most certainly return.

Our stay at Sanakara was everything we hoped for and more. It was exactly as expected, if not better. The décor looks just like the photos on Expedia, giving a beautiful Bali vibe that instantly felt relaxing. Our jacuzzi suite, in particular, made our honeymoon truly special. The customer service and in-house staff were amazing. They were always smiling, incredibly helpful, and very respectful. The food was also great and added to the overall experience. The only downside was the air-conditioning position in the jacuzzi suite, which felt impractical and caused the room to get really hot at night. Aside from that, everything was perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The staff super helpful and everyone very nice. Dinner at hotel is ok better to eat out, and breakfast also ok. But since it’s included it’s acceptable if you want to save money.
