Shocking service.

Absolutely shocking. Arrived at 7.20pm. Check in was between 5-8pm. No sign of anyone. Phoned both phone numbers and messaged via hotel.com - no answer from property. Waited there for an hour. We were extremely tired after leaving the UK at 7am!!! Had to find another hotel at ann extra cost. Eventually arrived around 9pm. Hotel owner phoned me at 10.38pm, waking us up, to ask where we were and apologise! What a joke. A formal complaint has been made to hotel.con who were extremely helpful and are striving to get my refund.

A taste of home

After a bit of trouble finding the place.local direction sign not very good. The place it's self is on a working dairy farm we were given a tour of the farm before we left. The lady of the house was friendly and helpful The breakfast was laid out at the time we requested.the yogurt was homemade as was the jams and bread which was very good.fresh fruit was also provided.You just helped yourself to tea and coffee. The room was very comfortable and nicely furnished.had a good night sleep as the was very comfy Would stay there again
