就是差勁，當天顯示有房間。定了房間到現場，才告知沒房了忘記在系統裡更正。更本亂來，說有傳簡訊告知。傳簡訊，所以沒注意到就是消費者倒楣。 最後，竟要我們自己跟hotel.com處理退費事宜，拜託，是你們出問題，竟要消費者自己解決，真的很爛。害我們全家差點找不到飯店。很生氣。

行前幾天打客服好幾次都沒有人接聽 資訊不明確~什麼都要自己問 沒問就沒有主動告知 連 Wifi 也要問 才知道密碼 (只有問wifi 密碼那次是唯一一次有禮貌有耐心的客服人員) 最後連早餐都沒有拿到 (打給客服竟然說被拿完也沒辦法) 難到早餐不是每間客房配好的嗎？ 是可以隨便誰要拿都可以拿嗎？ 但是也有好的部分~ 寢具還不錯很舒適、價格很平價、浴室熱水穩定~
