      Disappointing, disappointing, disappointing.

      We booked a superior room with a garden view. The garden was not anything like the hotel photos on the accommodation websites so this was very disappointing. The garden was just a dust bowl of dirt and weeds rather than the lovely tropical garden it was advertised as. The pool was also far different to the photos - it was dirty, not maintained well with cracks and weeds in the tiles and not enough sun lounges for guests. The hotel itself was grand once, but now run down. Breakfast was the only bright spot.

      Goed hotel in Syracuse; ruime kamer met balkon, prima bed, goede wifi, goede badkamer; heerlijk zwembad bij hotel; personeel aardig en behulpzaam; konden auto parkeren op parkeerterrein van het hotel. Niet te ver van Ortigia en archeologisch museum; wij hebben er naar toe gelopen en 1 keer bij Ortigia geparkeerd, dat ging ook goed. Een volgende keer gaan we weer naar Park Hotel.

      Hotel consigliato per la pulizia delle camere.

      Ho soggiornato 6 giorni in quest'hotel e nel complesso mi sono trovato davvero bene: Pro. Camere pulite, riordinate ogni giorno, asciumani cambiati tutti i giorni. Personale della reception gentile, sorridente e cortese. In particolare un plauso va alla Sig.ra Claudia della reception per la sua professionalità e disponibilità nel risolvere i problemi degli ospiti sempre con il sorriso. Contro: La colazione forse per l'emergenza Covid non può essere definita una "colazione a buffet" di salato trovi solo delle uova sode che soprattutto per chi viaggia spesso e per i turisti non sono sufficienti, (almeno delle uova strapazzate ci vorrebbero). Le brioche e i donut erano caldi appena sfornati e vengono serviti dietro un plexiglas secondo le norme anticovid, peccato che poi arrivano ospiti a fare colazione, passeggiando per la sala senza mascherina o con la mascherina appesa al braccio e i camerieri non dicano niente a questi ospiti.

      Decepcionante

      Hotel en decadencia, se notaba que estaba muy descuidado, no tenían encendidas las luces del cartel del hotel, el bar estaba cerrado, solo había para desayunar cruasanes, la recepcionista se equivocó en dar las vueltas de la tasa, los baños están bastante cuchambrosos ( la taza del baño estaba rota, la mampara de la ducha muy gastada...), las toallas no las cambiaron de un día para otro.

      Il personale dell’hotel è molto gentile e accogliente, ma la struttura in sé necessita di lavori di ammodernamento. Per quanto già dalle immagini non mi ero creato grandi aspettative, l’hotel è davvero deludente soprattutto per quanto riguarda la colazione: c’erano solo cornetti vuoti (sfornati con una lentezza infinita), fette biscottate (tra l’altro neanche nelle confezione monodose) e biscotti. Non c’era nulla di salato (niente affettati, uova o pane) , pertanto chi non mangia dolci rimane digiuno. Aggiungo la foto dell’unico tavolo della colazione , che di certo non è quello che compare nelle foto ufficiali dell’albergo.

      Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, loin de Syracuse à pied 20 minutes Literie avec des couvertures, si vous êtes allergique aux acariens j’ai du enlevé la couverture car grosse crise d’asme. Hôtel très bruyant réveillé par des bruits dans l’hôtel des 7h.
