The facility looks and maintained perfectly. I had following three issues 1. I had opted for the free breakfast during booking itself and specially mentioned during check in itself. However, everyday morning the barista refused saying the hotel staff did not put it in the system. It was so frustrating that , on the last day I did not even bother going to the reception and paid for the breakfast 2. All hotel rooms had crazy shower design. The shower knob is too tight to even open and after closing constantly drips water from shower head on a metal drain. Had to put towels to be even sleep peacefully at night 3. While leaving noticed a bedbug
