Felt a little like we were in frat house prison. Windows would only open two inches, and the cups and spoons in the room were not clean. Charging for wifi just added insult to injury.

Bare bones accommodation. No amenities. Lovely staff but over stretched. Nobody at reception most of the time. Could be better. I visit family here all the time but I won,t be back. I wanted to extend my stay for a night but the front desk couldn’t do it. I had to book via a tortuous process on line. Ridiculous!

I’ll never book with this company again. We couldn’t get into the country due to COVID shutdown and this was the only hotel out of 5 we booked that wouldn’t refund our money. So sad a company has to take advantage of a situation that was totally out of our control. We travel the world every year and this company will never see another dime of our money or anyone we know.

The noise from others guests was unreal & no staff to complain too! Have to go to reception to borrow a hairdryer & no wifi in the hotel unless you want to pay for it! The carpets throughout the hotel are disgusting & clearly not seen a hoover this year!
