10/10 Excellent
"The staff in this hotel make it a real gem. Every person I interacted with was a delight, friendly and knowledgeable from the bar and wait staff through to the reception and housekeeping staff. The hotel is well located in Reykjavik and all the main attractions are walkable - even in heavy snow and ice. The rooms are clean, large and well laid out with great quality showers. I cannot rate this hotel and the staff more highly, they were even able to secure a taxi for us during heavy snow and ice when our transfer cancelled on us. There is a lovely cafe on sight with a range of pastries and coffee to start your day. "

"Yes the hotel had a restaurant with a bar on site. Tjos location you have breakfast can be added to your syay for a fee well worth it. The front desk.staff was helpful. The young lady that served us in the restaurant was such a pl3. I wish I could recall her name. This location was easily accessible to store and easy for excursion pick ups.
