Great location. Great stay.
Great stay. Very near subway stations. Entrance to the Asakusa Narita-Haneda line is just across the street from the hotel. Room and toilet is typical size of Tokyo hotels. May seem small to people but that’s standard. Water pressure for shower is great. Only gripe about room layout is the aircond. It will blow directly to one side of the bed, making the other side warmer as the wall blocked the flow. Overall, the location etc makes this a great stay.

Horribly hot and refused to turn on air-condition
My husband and I booked a standard double room. The hotel staff do not speak English. We arrived at the hotel at 11pm and the air condition was not working. I didn’t sleep all night and the room temperature (they have a thermometer in the room) was almost 30 degrees Celsius in this tiny little room and it was unbearable. The next morning my husband told the front desk. They said they will “fix” it during the day. We came back in the evening and it’s still not working. We went to the front desk again and they gave us a portable circulator which generated some cold air (not air conditioning) and was extremely loud. And they suggested that we “open the window”. I tried both with ear plugs in but was still too noisy. At 12:30am I went to the front desk. I asked to be changed to another room. They said the entire building ONLY has “hot air conditioning”. They keep repeating “hot only”. I said that’s misleading as I booked the hotel knowing they will have and we will need air conditioning. I asked to be booked into another APA hotel with cold air conditioning & they refused. They tried to send me away because they didn’t speak english. I turned to google translator refusing to leave as I booked 4 nights here. I asked to speak to a manager who spoke English & they disregarded. While I was there 3 others came complaining about the same issue. Finally the staff went & turned on the central air conditioning. Turned out they purposely turned it off!! And refused to turn it on

Although small, it was very clean and comfortable with very good amenities. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. There is so much to see and do with the subway entrance just outside the front door!
