Great Customer Service
I loved this hotel. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was included in the room at a little bistro next door. The ceilings in this place are super tall. It's an excellent experience for my first time in Naples. They helped me find all the places I should visit and provided me with a map of the city. Giovanni and the co-owners were great hosts! I'd definitely recommend.

This place is incredibly welcoming. The host is one of the best host we have had throughout our entire trip to Italy. He let us check into the room early and gave us a map of Naples. The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was a nice size and the water pressure was amazing. The complimentary access to Netflix was definitely a plus and we used it almost every night. I would highly recommend to stay here, your stay will be amazing.

My Non-stay at this hotel.
Never stayed. Paid for the wrong day. Don’t forget to check to be sure of your dates. Anyway.. arriving on the wrong day, the person working helped me to find another room and called a cab. The place, while a bit hard to find, seemed very Modern, clean and comfortable.
