Fantastic central location. Staff were very attentive, couldn't do enough for you. Beautiful quirky hotel, gorgeous decor. Breakfast was delicious. We booked a junior suite as I love a quirky bath when we are away on a winter break. Unfortunately not all junior suites have them and ours didn't but they quickly found us another room which wasn't a suite but had the bath I wanted and a gorgeous view out onto the river. We were pleasantly to surprised to discover that we had received a refund the next day for the difference in room prices, something we hadn't asked for. Would definitely recommend Hotel Lobby especially for a special occasion.

Hotel Lobby is genuinely one of the nicest, most original hotels I had ever stayed in. Hotel is beautifully designed with an insane attention to detail, everything is very high end. Location is perfect, breakfast is very good (thank you Luis) and it’s super clean. The people that work at the hotel are very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and kind… I want to say a huge special THANK YOU to Julia and Pablo, they are both amazing and made my stay at the Lobby wonderful.
