We were 3 adults in the room. The room heading towards the street it was noisy. No privacy because toilet door not sealed. TV not working most of time no solution was given. No means for making coffee and wardrobe too small as expected from 4 stars. Not even 1 glass in room for drinking water. In the details of hotel services it was noted about airport transportation actualy we should pay for it higher sum than a taxi, finally we used a taxi. Hotel crew behaved perfectly, and room was perfectly arranged and cleaned each day. But room was a little bit small for 3 people.

The hotel is very pretty and the staff is friendly and very helpful. It is very centrally located, maybe 1/2 block from the Spanish Steps, and two doors down from the Hassler Hotel. You can walk everywhere from here. They will call cabs for you if you need them. Their breakfast is ok, not amazing, but nice. You do need to ask for cappuccino or lattes for breakfast, they don't tell you that they have them, but they do, so just ask.
