Boutique hotel with superb restaurant that serves healthy but sumptuous food. The staff is very friendly. The architecture is beautiful.

Would have been a 5Star rating except for a couple of issues. We had no hot water for a day and a half because they forgot to turn it on. No staff available evenings and weekends to report any problems. No response to emails sent to ask for help. Otherwise the location is good and the restaurant and breakfast were excellent but slow.

Great location, convenient to CBD, restaurants and shopping. I would class Livega as a serviced apartment with restaurant facility and not a Hotel. No sleeping in if you need a dark room.sunrise means lights-on..Replenishment of soaps, drinking water, coffee etc needs more attention.

This place was hard to review. Overall it was bright and clean. It’s in a good location. We were the only ones there so they kind of rushed us through check in and rushed us out so they could go home. There was no safe in the room as indicated, but after tracking down a manager he said we could use one in an office. They advertise having slippers and robes, but the slippers were used and stained yellow after being washed. It was small things that made the place kind of odd- like no towel rack for the hand towel. Also there is no door for the toilet which is right by the bed. And there is no way to shut out the sunlight so we couldn’t sleep in. It was fine for one night but we probably wouldn’t return.
