    Will not return

    We had a booking for 4 nights but had to leave early after the 2 night due to A death in the family . A refund request was refused . The hotel was average , nice pool no beach , the breakfast was terrible and dirty . The spa had great massages . Staff helpful and polite ? I Would not recommend this hotel .

    Beautiful setting and hotel design. Very clean and spacious rooms. Food could be a bit more adventurous. Above all the staff were awesome, many thanks particular to Aiza at the front reception desk, who nursed my badly cut leg back to good health, small touches are much appreciated.

    I cannot thank you enough for the most amazing stay in Coron! The hotel was absolutely beautiful and spotless. But the real gem were the staff who went over and above, the most attentive people I have had the privilege to meet. I felt like a VIP from the moment I arrived. The highlight of my stay has to be the two boat trips to the lakes and islands arranged by the brilliant Twing. Chef George cooked the most incredible seafood and to eat on a private island all to myself was quite remarkable. Big shout outs to my guides Nest and Ruby who were on hand for photo shoots,Talig lessons and constant refreshments. The boat crew seemed to time every excursion impeccably. We beat all the crowds and arrived at every destination before anyone else. Considering I was travelling solo I felt very safe in and around the resort. Thankful to Rod for the smooth journey to and from the airport. I will definitely be back next year, and look forward to seeing how Paca island develops, big potential! Love to you all X

    Nice new hotel - But please stop the music

    So our time at Bacau Bay was a mixed experience. The rooms are clean and modern and the food is off a good standard. The staff where pleasant and did everything they could to help. However everything was let down by their crazy policy of playing music EVERYWHERE. The pool bar which was the main lounge area would pump the same 8 or so terrible songs all day long at a loud volume which could be heard all around the pool. Then random music was pumped through speakers all over the grounds, this music would mix from chilled piano covers to what could only be described as russian techno. Then to top it off for some crazy reason they have installed speakers in the ceilings outside all the rooms which plays music than can be heard throughout the room from 8am to 10pm. I don't normally leave reviews but the music issue was so bad that it honestly drove us insane and ruined the stay which is a real shame.

    Overall had a great stay at this resort and just a few minor issues. The wifi where we were on level 3 was not working well and the shower had no door/curtain so the water went everywhere in the bathroom. There was also a rooster that can disturb you from sleeping. Besides the minor issues we were offered a later check out, daily desserts at night (we did have 3 people in the room and received 2 desserts which was not an issue)
