One of the best apart-hotels I've stayed in!
I was blown away by the rooms in this hotel. I'd previously attended a networking event here and loved the decor of the lobby area - the rooms are even better. I got a great deal and the amenities are perfect. Super clean, great location and the staff were all so friendly and helpful - especially as I had to book another night due to injuring my shoulder the night before! The only downside for me was that whilst I was waiting to check in, I went to the on-site cafe to work on my laptop and get a drink. I was just settling down and hadn't been there long when a member of staff approached me saying that the cafe is for customers only. It made me feel a bit unwelcome as a guest in the hotel and was a bit embarrassing as I was in the middle of looking at the menu online. But other than that, the stay was perfect. And the complimentary drink was much appreciated!
