Lovely stay at the Arrium. Clean, tidy and great facilities. Room was spacious and soundproof. The beds are not as comfy as i remembered from a previous visit but overall we all slept ok. Staff always helpful. We enjoyed this stop over following a bumpy trip in berlin. The spa was very welcomed. Although a recommendation would be to have drinking water around the spa. Breakfast had a lovely selection. Will definitely be back in the future and recommend to friends and clients.

Everything was immaculate, from the first Welcome (Very Friendly Staff), Food & Drink, Rooms, Costs of Everything & The Amenities..... it was Amazing! It was Amazing how quiet the rooms were and we loved watching the Planes come in from our room! We cannot wait to come back again! Thank you to All the Staff for making our stay the Best hotel we've ever been in and making us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in through the front doors! Close to Heathrow and accessible from downtown London via train and bus but there is no free shuttle to Heathrow which I had seen advertised and one of the reasons I booked the hotel, in fact there is no shuttle at all to Heathrow, you have to take a 5 minute walk over to the Hilton Garden Inn that has a 7 pound shuttle. Uber is approximately 27 pounds. The indoor pool, hot tub and sauna were a nice bonus and there is a decent restaurant/bar onsite which makes it very convenient if you are catching a flight out the next morning.
