Great stay.
My first stay in a Village Hotel for a number of years. Great facilities inckuding a good pool, sauna, steam room and gym. Don't quite understand why I needed to pay a £5 supplement for the gym and pool facilities given I had paid £150 for my room. Rooms were neat but functional. Great bathroom. Great breakfast. Uber friendly and helpful staff.

Lovey, if you like living in a rabbit hutch
The hotel is poorly signed. The Sat nav address didn't work. The room was so small that even my tiny suitcase had no space. The bathroom had glass in it and the only access to a window. My TV didnt work. Very expensive for a very poor service. I hated it.

Poor 2.0
Very disappointed
After driving 4 hours to get there for an early appointment the next day, you are greeted by a busy general public gym entrance and a bar, not a reception. Checking in was painful as no staff to assist when the IPad self service didn’t work. Got to room on second floor and it is basically an economy class room with some children’s cushions and a few electric gadgets like blinds? Room is tiny and no where to work as only a very small desk there. The worst part is the gym downstairs plays very loud and I mean LOUD base music from 7am until 10pm every night so if like me you wanted some rest for an early start forget it. Bar was OK, just a sports bar, apparantly the gym was supposed to be good but I was that shattered after a rubbish nights sleep due to poor beds never got the chance to use it. Absolutely under no circumstances will I stay here again and could not recomend. I don’t even know what demographic the hotel is aimed at, very poor and have just put it down to bad experience. Ps there was no one there in the morning either to complain to so the human touch is just none existent here. It’s just crap and tacky.

Decidedly Average
Although a smart new hotel, they fail to get the basics right. The staff were pretty disinterested in customer service and it could be fair to describe it as ‘service with a grimace’. Desire booking a hotel as advertised with a ‘24-hour Fitness Centre’, it is not applicable to hotel guests who can only use it as specified times. Lastly parking, when I arrived I asked how I go about paying the £5 charge to be told “the barrier is up at the weekend” and that I “don’t need to worry”. Having had a colleague receive a fine this morning after receiving the same advice I feel that a parking ticket is on its way to me! Quirky, clean and comfortable - yes, needs refinement - yes!

Found My Regular Bristol Hotel
I travel regularly for work, so stay in a lot of hotels. I don't usually review unless they're awful or amazing; thankfully this place was the latter! The staff are awesome, the rooms are modern, clean, massive TVs, Sky, all the essentials, a gym better than my usual one at home, and an awesome pool / spa. I'll be back in a few months!

Was good - expensive compared to the last time I booked and was very noisy on my floor. Also had no body wash in the bathroom and the no coffee only empty sachets which I didn’t think was very good for the price I paid.
