Everything from the decor to the hospitality of the entire staff to the food to the meditation bath was a testament to intentionality. The attention to detail and storytelling of the omakase dinner at the restaurant was my absolute favorite part of our entire stay. Can't wait to return, hopefully for many years to come!

my husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at Hoshinoya Karuizawa. We had a wonderful stay. The onsen within the hotel was really good. Both of us enjoyed the facilities. We would like to especially thank the staff Miyu( dining),Saru, Takahashi(spa) and Leo san (front desk ) who took care of us during our stay .
