The hotel was okay. The room was fine and the breakfast was quite good. Otherwise, it's a bare-bones property. Food services are very limited; at dinnertime one can allegedly choose from various pizza and pasta options (nothing else), but when I stayed there I was told at 7 pm that the kitchen was closed - apparently because of some technical issue. There is a nearby convenience store where you can get sandwiches etc., and I was told there's a nearby restaurant as well, but I didn't check it out. Some staff members were quite friendly, others less so. None appear to be native speakers of either English or German. There is no shuttle service to the airport, but taxis are readily available, costing about 12-14 euros to Terminal 1.

Great hotel for overnight stays when transiting thru Frankfurt. The hotel is very close to the airport, although there is no shuttle, an uber cost us 15€ to get to the hotel and 11€ to get to the airport. It is also close to Gateway Garden S Bahn stop, about 10’ walk, which can take you to the airport and into the centre of Frankfurt in about 15’. The rooms are very nice, great beds, good shower. The breakfast was pretty good as well. The staff were super friendly and kind. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.
