We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach and many restaurants. The hotel appeared to be very popular and busy, creating a lively atmosphere throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and did their best to assist guests, despite the large number of visitors. However, some waiting time was unavoidable, especially when using the elevators during busy periods. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection of food. We particularly appreciated that breakfast was served in both the 4th- and 5th-floor restaurants. Having the option to choose the smaller and quieter restaurant on the 4th floor made the experience much more enjoyable. Unfortunately, our room showed signs of wear and tear and could benefit from a refurbishment. The daily housekeeping was also somewhat inconsistent and could be improved. Overall, we had a good stay thanks to the excellent location, quality breakfast, and helpful staff. With upgraded rooms and better housekeeping, the hotel could offer a significantly better guest experience.

Nice Hotel - Good location. Getting a bit dated. Elevators are a challenge every day. One bit of feedback to anyone booking is that by far the majority of the guests are from Russia. Had no issues with this, but just an awareness for anyone booking.

Really well run hotel, great breakfast choice and in a good central location. The whole hotel seemed to be full of Russian visitors, so if you want a sun lounger on the beach, best get up as the birds start singing !!! Very limited beach front for the size of this large hotel.

The hotel is centrally located. It has over 40 levels so it was a bit too crowded for me. Long wait for the elevator, restaurant for breakfast was very busy & not enough beach lounge chairs (staff later clarified government did not give them permit for more chairs). Staff was nice & breakfast had a lot of options, this part was great.
