No one answered when I send massage for check in.
After we arrived at the apartment ,we wasted our time for 3 hours untill the manager come to the apartment ,It was almost 7:00 pm. I call to the office to inform my arrival time but no one come untill 7 without apology, The manger asked me to pay damage deposit,but the card machine does not work in normal way. She asked me to go to the office with her.She said the office is not far from here.It took 3 hours to meet her comming from not far from here office.I had plan to go to the Prado Museum after check in at 4:00 pm.But I missed Museum.
