The room was fine for our overnight stay. Couple of things let the room down though, there was white stains on the chair and we found a handprint of food on the duvet in the morning. We didn’t notice it until the end of the duvet was handing out of the cover.

A great hotel
I would definitely return - all was great.

Fair 4.0
big prices - small offerings
BASIC at best. First time staying at Moxy and disappointed for the prices charging and the facilities offered. Small rooms, small pillow (yes just the one - had to ask for a second), small toilets and generally in need of a good makeover especially in the public areas. No tea or coffee in the room can use a public kettle in the reception area. Glad I didn't book the breakfast, went to Wetherspoons for a cheaper and more attractive option. Sleep was okay apart from the small pillows, although you could hear the adjoining rooms.

Good 6.0
The hotel was nice at first and the decor was interesting, staff were friendly but as soon as we got to the room it went downhill. It was far too hot even with windows open and full air con. There was no wardrobe to hang up clothes just a couple hangers. The shower was the weakest shower I have ever used.

Great place and service, no tea in room though...
The Moxy was clean and comfortable, well staffed by helpful and friendly people. I am not a fan of having to pay extra to have tea and coffee making facilities in my room though so I probably wouldn't stay in this chain again.

Great value for money in the centre of Glasgow!
We just spent one night at the Moxy Hotel but would definately return! The beds were comfy, the breakfast was ample and the staff were really friendly. We parked at the QPark about 10 mins away but the hotel will give you a voucher for money off a much closer and cheaper car park ... maybe you’ve to unload outside, check in and get your voucher & directions? Not sure as we didn’t take them up on it. Great value for money in the centre of Glasgow

Good 6.0
Poor service but lovely rooms
The Moxy hotel itself was lovely, however the staff let it down for us during our stay as well as the fact that the sockets did not work in our room and we weren’t offered a different room.

Modern day establishment. Staff frienfly and polite. Onky problem no kettle or cups in room. If you want tea or coffee you have to come down to the reception area.

Directions from the map, was spot on and once I had arrived the layout was unusual but the staff soon made it clear to me where to check and all was very well explained Everything else worked like clockwork. Thanks so much for a great experience and will be looking forward to booking with you again.

We stay here fairly frequently and one thing we have noticed is that the tables, bar surfaces, etc are often needing a wipe over. Its not unusual to see a lot of dirty glasses/crockery left on tables for long periods of time also. We work in hospitality ourselves so this is something we would notice.
