Staff at The Dixon are extremely kind and accommodating! I was very tired from a long travel day and they got me into a room very early in the day which I greatly appreciated. I decided to stay an extra day and the reception staff was super helpful and let me keep the same room :) Second time staying here and I will absolutely return for a 3rd

Great on reception as offered flavored water and cookies! Also had early check in which was great. Our room was stunning but there was an initial bad drain smell. I suspect the room possibly hadn’t been used for a few days. After showering the smell went. Comfy bed and peaceful too! Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice too.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was beautiful and very comfortable, and the bathroom/shower was amazing. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Tower Bridge and lots of great spots in the area. What really made our stay special was the staff—they were incredibly friendly and helpful with our group. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!

The staff were exceptional. Tamang checked us in and out. He was so helpful assisting with my husband who is on crutches and considerate with the anniversary treats sent to our room.
