Relaxed stay
Staff are all friendly and helpful and our meals in the restaurant were at a reasonable price and lovely. The room was a good size and very clean and comfortable. The multi story car park, although large, is very tight for parking and manoeuvering a vehicle.

Lovely hotel in heart of dublin
Is a beautiful spotless hotel staff were excellent but we booked to catch an early flight with 2 small children and the music was so loud i had to ring to ask what time it was playing to as kids could not go to sleep, but they had us moved within 30 mins to other side of hotel and we all slept till out wake up time no problem, maybe some time thinking about family rooms and where they are placed would be worth thinking about but we ate there and slept there and other than sound of music we had no complaints a top class hotel with amazing friendly staff

Snarky check-in girl.
When we arrived at check-in, one of the girls was busy helping another traveller. We stood back to wait. The was another girl working at the desk, but she was busy stapeling some papers together. She didn’t see us at first, but when she did, she seemed to imply that it was our fault for not coming in front of her. When she talked, it seemed to us that she was yelling, talking loud with anger to her voice. We were given a room that the sun would have shone in all day and was right above where people were allowed to smoke and have conversations. The rest of the staff was kind and friendly. A man out back that was painting, told us where to catch the bus and how to get back. Very nice and helpful, especially after the girl that check us in. If you do not want to be on the front desk, get another job at the back of the house!
