Super Lage! Sehr schöne Anlage! Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Leider hat die Putzfrau nicht die beste Arbeit geleistet, es war nur oberflächlich sauber. Wir mussten etwas nachreinigen. Teppich im Schlafzimmer, Schlafcouch und Kaffeemaschine sollten getauscht werden (sind sehr verbraucht). Aber das war auch das einzige Manko.

Top Lage
Die Lage der Wohnung ist top. Seebrücke und Einkaufsstraße liegen sofort vor direkt vor der Haustür. Dabei bekommt man von dem Lärm nicht viel mit, da die Wohnung im Innenhof liegt. Ausstattung ist OK. Leider muß man das Warmwasser ca. 10 Minuten laufen lassen bevor es überhaupt warm wird (z.B. 7 Uhr morgens). Auch könnten die Holzstühle auf der Terasse schon mal wieder Farbe vertragen. Sind aber Metallstühle vorhanden.

Schöne Tage in einer schönen Wohnung
Die Wohnung liegt zentral, aber ruhig gelegen im Zentrum und nur 3 Gehminuten vom schönen Strand mit langer Promenade entfernt. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten u. Restaurants liegen in direkter Nähe, so dass das Auto oft in der hauseigenenTiefgarage bleiben kann. Die Wohnung beinhaltet alles Notwendige u. war für uns als Pärchen ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten auf die Insel Poel, Boltenhagen, Wismar, Warnemünde, Rostock u. Graal-Müritz.
