Amazing customer service! Lovely room... One thing I would recommend is not to bring too much luggage since there’s no elevator and the reception is on the second floor so you would have to carry all your luggage up and down. Customer service has exceeded my expectations. They have been in contact way before we checked in via whatsapp which made communicating with them so much easier. The shower was a bit tight and all drinks in the fridge are for an extra charge but other than that our stay was excellent! Rooms are very clean. Hotel itself is in an excellent location but pretty quiet as long as the windows are closed. Overall great hotel!

Our experience was outstanding. Loved the hotel, the service, and the location couldn't be better. Highly recommend and will stay again the next time we're in Rome.

Great location & hotel manager, 3 flights to room
The location was great and the room itself was very nice. For us though, the lack of an elevator was more of a problem than we initially thought. We knew there was no elevator and that our room was on the "second" floor. However, you do need to go up a short flight of stairs to get to the "ground" floor, then go up one flight to the "first" floor, and finally another flight to get to the "second" floor. This is not too unusual in Europe but after going on excursions for the past 3 weeks and walking 15K steps many days in a row, these steps were exhausting, to say the least. The hotel manager was very nice in helping carry the luggage and with the exception of the lack of elevator, I would have rated this hotel top notch. We are in our 70's so, these comments are for those that don't do stairs well (after a full day of walking).
