BE WARNED - THIS IS A SCAM POSTING. We arrived for check-in after paying $238/night for this property as advertised, and we were sent to a completely different hostal up the street that typically runs $80/night. We had no cell/internet service and could not use U.S. visa/credit cards to try to find another property that night, and we did not get a refund despite the fact that the host admitted fault in overbooking the original hotel. We were sent to Conde de Ricla which had a kind staff and good breakfast but did not deliver the value we had paid for considering all the amenities that were sacrificed compared to the original hotel. Wanted to let other potential travelers know to be careful so this hotel does not defraud you as well. Safe travels!

The location could not have been better, it eas close to everywhere. Tours, bars, etc. It was really clean we loved the balcony on the room right besides plaza vieja great views a/c etc. The only thing lacking was internet connection, but these was comprehensive as it is based on a government service and it is not provided everywhere and besides you have to buy internet cards for 1 cuc on government offices or 2 cuc retails on street sellers. The attention given was extraordinary by the host could not have ask for more. We will surely like to go back.
