Great place if you want to stay out of town
Rooms are amazing, the cocktails are served with a smile and the team behind the bar were brilliant. Next time we have to eat their too.

Poor 2.0
Dissapointed
The service was great, however there was a green emergency light in the bedroom that kept my wife and I awake for a majority of the night. I wish that I’d read other reviews as I’ve now seen that this has been an issue or a lot of other guests at this hotel. Considering this was a night away for our wedding anniversary, and our first since having a baby, it didn’t provide us with the solid nights sleep or relaxing break that we were hoping for. Really disappointed considering the money that we spent here.

The Edgbaston OK
We enjoyed the experience. GA warm welcome, great cocktail bar, well-appointed room, convenient parking. It was a tad disappointing to learn that rooms were available at short notice at a substantial discount tot what we had paid well in advance, but shit happens. Breakfast was good too. We'd definitely stay again.

Poor 2.0
Not worth paying
Where do we start. At reception we had to ask the question. What time is checkout. What time is breakfast. No customer service skill. Just wanted our money. Dont care on how we as customer feel. Sent us to another building. Not told this. Was not asked if it's a special occasion. It was my birthday. Then taken to the room. Room cold. Ask for temp to be increased still the same. The tap was loose. Light not working in bedroom. Curtains dont close properly. Then in the morning had to walk to another building to have breakfast. And took ages. Asked for an item. Told us after 20min. That it was not available. Already having to wait over 1hour. Spending £200 on a night not worth it. Spoke to reception this morning. Said the manager would ring around 12pm. I rang to chat to them at 3pm.. guest what still waiting. .poor services over all not happy ruined my special day....do not recommend. Over priced. Let's see if I get responce
