We had a late check-in (midnight!). Given the 1st floor was great and we just wanted to get rested. We did. We had to get to a competition by 9:00 so that was rough. The lady that took care of us was awesome!

This motel was a nice motel, with the exception of getting our room. We left for the day thinking that our room would be cleaned. When we returned to our room for the night the room had not been cleaned ☹️I called down to the front desk and was informed that they don’t clean on a daily basses unless request and that we should have been told that upon checking in. I was not informed at that time. For $200 a night I should get a clean room 😡

Check in was a nightmare, but overall ok!
The staff were kind enough to let us check in early. But they gave us the wrong room, then gave us a dirty room, then we had to wait until almost 5 to get into our room. Took forever to initially get into our room, while all they offered for the “inconvenience” was a snack from the snack bar. The girl with the long braids was super helpful and kind, I think her name was Gracie, or something. The floors are so thin we could hear what sounded like Godzilla, in the floor above us. Definitely asking for a top floor would be best!
