Loved it. Would definitely stay again.
Totally loved this place. I knew the room was small because I noticed the square footage in the listing. But it was fine for us for a one night stay in Boston. Nice big bed. And I made sure to book the room with a bathroom en suite. But the shared bathrooms looked nice too. Great staff and absolutely LOVED the complimentary water in the hall in glass bottles. Thank you!!!

Poor communication from management
We had booked two different nights because of spur the moment travel changes. I had expected to check in one night, check out the next morning and move to a different room. They told me they will accommodate me in the same room. No one ever mentioned that I had to move to a different room during my stay. On day three I got a text at 7:13am stating that I needed to move rooms. I responded back and said that no one had mentioned this at check-in and if I was going to have to move rooms, I wanted to move after the first night. She responded back and said that the manager noted in my record that we would have to move but yet no one has actually communicated this to me. So after we have been settled in and everything had been unpacked, we were told we had to pack up and move for the one last night. Then after two hours I went down to change rooms and she said oh, you don’t have to move after all. After we packed up all our stuff. Not one person on the management team responded and offered any condolences. The hotel was nice. The rooms are nice the room attendants were amazing. The management needs to learn to communicate to their guests. Will not stay there again due to the management. The sad thing was I booked this hotel due to a recommendation of a friend that stayed there last month.

First negative review I’ve had to write.
Unbelievably frustrating check in experience. THIS HOTEL HAS FINE PRINT WHICH DOES NOT INCLUDE ROOMS WITH A BATHROOM, and on check in they upsell you to add one for $75.00, on top of the $250-300/room rate. Staff is rude, NOT WORTH IT AND I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

Great location and price point
The location is amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was compact, comfortable and creatively designed. My only complaint is that the shared bathroom was busy and therefore not as clean as I’d like. All in all, great deal for the price.
