Hipster chic in Portland
The hotel was very ‘hipster’ chic. Our room was very minimalist and well designed (all cupboards and amenities in the hallway). The bathroom was a little small (no space to keep any of our own toiletries and there were three people staying). Great location, with good food options near by!

Perfect work hotel
The room was a bit small but perfect for a solo work trip. It would have been too tight with two people in the smallest room

A very cool hotel!
The hotel was beautifully designed and all of the staff were very pleasant. We stayed in a “snug” room and it was named appropriately! There’s nowhere to put luggage or anything so unless you’re travelling light, I’d recommend going for a bigger room.

Really nice hotel, great roof terrace, very nice if smallish rooms. Excellent service

Super stylish and central location
absolutely beautiful hotel, very stylish, great amenities and loved the free bikes for hire to explore the city. Local area, the old town, can feel a little off putting with the homeless in the area but hotel has door security so it’s fine. Lovely hotel would stay again.

Brilliant customer service
I cannot recommend this place enough - apart from being uber-hipster and cool, it boasts the best customer service I've ever seen. They even drove out to meet me at the airport after I'd checked out without my jacket! Bloody lovely people, and a super cool place.

Great stay
I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of November. Newly opened I based my decision on previous business at The Hoxton London. The staff were great and they couldn't do enough to ensure I had great stay. The room was a little small - but just right for one person. If there were two and if the stay was more than a night I would be worried about where to store stuff. The cleaners skipped over my room two days in a row which wasn't great for clean towels or having the bed made and while I wouldn't let those things bother me normally, at £95 a night, I expect the bed to be made at least. Location is fantastic - you can't fault it. Right in the middle of everything and is so easy to get to the airport, downtown, Pearl District and also car hire is very close by. With lots of bars nearby and restaurants, the room was really quite too.

Great place to stay in Portland
Very comfortable hotel. Clean with friendly staff. Centered around a lot of cool stuff. Miriam at the front desk was very pleasant & helpful, pointing out great places to eat during the stay (Bae's Chicken, which is a block away, is a must hit. Best chicken I've ever had. Voodoo Doughnuts is right near there too. They are excellent). The room I got was small, which I knew in advance & had no problem accepting. The only 2 things I would suggest is a towel bar & a digital clock. Neither was in the room. Otherwise I highly suggest staying there. Great hotel, great price, clean, & great staff.

Snug but cozy overall
The hotel was very trendy...room was very small, which looking back at our reservation we did see we’d booked a “snug”. There was also a lot of street noise at night which made it difficult for my husband to sleep. Overall the stay was comfortable, felt safe and clean, and the little breakfast bag left at the door (with granola, banana, and orange juice) was a nice touch.
