    Stunning

    Probably the most beautiful hotel I've stayed in worldwide, the room decor was stunning. We were upgraded to an executive room on arrival. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Location perfect, right next to Aldgate East tube and a 12 minute walk to lively Shoreditch. Would definitely return.

    Very good stay with super helpful check in staff. Beds were comfortable but little on the small side. Patrick the barman was quite simply one of the rudest people i have ever come across and his attitude let down the whole hotel experience

    Convenient location at a new and modern hotel

    We arrived at the start of the bank holiday weekend and the check in process was chaos. As we had got there before the 2pm check in time, we were asked if we’d like to leave our bags and come back later. That was fair enough so we went and had lunch and returned about 2.40pm. By this time the queue at check in was huge and extended into the restaurant. When I finally got to the front, I was told that the room was not available yet. Rachel was really friendly

    Quirky and accessible

    Quirky design. Friendly, welcoming staff, great location for accessing central London. We found our room nicely designed and very clean. The shower room was especially lovely. I would really recommend this hotel for a night or two in London.
